Payment is always made in advance and in full and is processed by MultiSafepay.

Payment can be made in various ways as set out below and as indicated during the ordering process. Further (payment/order) conditions may be imposed on a consumer's order. After an order has been placed, the consumer immediately receives a confirmation by e-mail stating the total costs.

iDeal: If you have internet banking with ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank, SNS Regio Bank or Tridios Bank, you can safely pay for your order electronically via our website.

An electronic payment via the internet can be compared to a PIN payment in a store. After you have placed your order, choose the iDeal payment method. A window will open where you can select your online banking bank. You then follow the procedure you are used to when paying via internet banking. In principle, the payment is processed on the same day. For more information, please refer to the iDeal website.

Direct and online by credit card payment (Maestro / Mastercard / Visa / Vpay).

Your payment is authorized online so you know immediately whether it has been approved or not. There are no additional charges for payments made by credit card.

Bancontact / Mister Cash

This is a payment method especially for our Belgian customers. Simply via your own bank with debit card. Safe and reliable!

When paying, choose Bancontact / Mister Cash in the shopping cart, enter your card number and the expiry date of the debit card. The window of your own bank will then appear as you are used to and you can enter the other details for further identification.

Mister Cash is an online payment system for Belgian customers. Currently, more than 90% of Belgian banks are affiliated with this online payment system. Payments with Bancontact / Mister Cash on the internet are optimally secured as you are used to from your own bank (usually using a digipass or card reader). This is a security module provided to you by your bank if you use internet banking. The amount will be debited directly from your current account and we will be informed immediately by your bank so that your order can probably be shipped on the same day (depending on the time).

In the event of insolvency or suspension of payment of the consumer (or a corresponding petition or request), ARTU NAPOLI's claims become immediately due and payable.

If ARTU NAPOLI has to outsource its claim for collection, the consumer is obliged to pay a fixed amount equal to 15% of the principal amount due due to extrajudicial collection costs. If ARTU NAPOLI can demonstrate that it has necessarily incurred higher costs, these costs will also be borne by the consumer.
