RETURN
- We do our utmost to inform you about our products via our website. If, despite these efforts, you decide to return a product without any specific reason, you have the right to do so within 14 working days of receipt.
- During this period you are expected to handle the product and packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you want to keep it. If you decide to exercise your right of return or exchange, you must return the product with all accessories supplied and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, according to the clear instructions provided by us. It is important that you complete the added return form in full and include it when returning the product.
- ARTU NAPOLI only accepts returns or exchanges that correspond to our instructions and where the returns form has been completed correctly. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges that are received outside the specified period, or without a completed returns form.
- After receiving your return, we will confirm it by email. The amount of the purchase will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made within 14 working days.
- Please note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
