Delivery is free for shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium, unless an order contains discounted products and/or the total order amount is less than EUR 100.00. The contribution to shipping costs for customers from countries other than the Netherlands and Belgium depends on the country. An overview of these costs per country is available upon request.

All products from the online store are available in stock. Unfortunately, it may happen that a product is unexpectedly no longer available; in that case we will inform the consumer immediately.

ARTU NAPOLI Rotterdam strives to ship all orders within 1 to 3 working days after receipt of payment. This is done via UPS or POST.NL to the delivery address specified during the ordering process. If the delivery time differs for certain reasons, the consumer will receive a notification by e-mail. However, an order is usually always shipped within 1 to 3 working days after receipt of payment.

Exceeding the stated delivery time does not entitle the consumer to compensation, termination of the agreement or non-fulfillment of any obligation arising from this agreement or from any agreement related to it on behalf of the consumer.

The order must be delivered to the consumer no later than 30 days after the order. If it is not possible to deliver an order within 30 days, the consumer will be informed of this in a timely manner and in that case the consumer has the right to cancel the order free of charge. This does not apply if the parties have agreed on a different delivery time.

Partial delivery is permitted.

ARTU NAPOLI Rotterdam's delivery obligation is fulfilled as soon as delivery has been offered once.

If the offered delivery is refused or is not collected, the return freight and storage costs, as well as the risk of damage to or loss of the shipment, will be fully borne by the consumer.

Products offered are clearly and truthfully depicted and/or described and as complete as reasonably required. However, color, type, text and/or price changes may differ from reality.

ARTU NAPOLI Rotterdam is never liable for consequential damage.
